Service Description

This 75 minute weekly gathering is a way for us as men to come into a space that supports where we are in our lives and that supports our growth as men. It's a container of men coming together into an intentional space to explore who we are as men and it's rooted in trust and safety and respect for each man. It's a way for you to show up for yourself in your life, to feel supported in meeting the challenges in your life and to bring this newfound sense of clarity and confidence into your wider life. How The Gathering Looks: I'll open the gathering and just create a bit of structure for the evening to set the tone and anchor in a topic of exploration. Then each man will check in with a sharing round, I'll go first and explain what it is, it can be as simple as hello or if you want to go deeper you can, remember this is a space for us as men to show up as we are. Then I will give journal prompts that are questions that you can answer on paper so we can dive a bit deeper into the topic and understand ourselves a bit better than before. We will return to the group and share what we want regarding that process and then I will close the group with an intention so we can integrate our experience and feel better for having shown up as a man amongst men. IMPORTANT: You don't have to have done any of this work before. All I ask is that you show up intentionally, sober and curious.
