Sound Healing Journey - Group Gathering

Service Description

This small group workshop is a 90 minute supported journey into regulating your nervous system and allowing healing to take place. The sound journey will be the use of various instruments and voice to guide you through a journey inwards, use of the monochord, singing bowls, buffalo drum, overtone and melodic singing, rattles, rain stick and chimes. There will be an integration process following the sound journey, we use abstract art, sharing and other grounding practices to bring completion to your journey. The intention is for anyone who attends the workshop that there is a group container created which supports the individual processes with the sound journey, the sharing and integration are again to come back into this connection with the small group which amplifies the healing and creative process. Do I need to bring anything? Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and eye mask/pillow and whatever else will make you most comfortable for your journey with sound.
